Applications : Lenacapavir sodium is an inhibitor of the HIV-1 capsid. It demonstrates anti-HIV activity with an EC50 of 100 pM in MT-4 cells, and shows a mean EC50 of 50 pM (ranging from 20 to 160 pM) across 23 HIV-1 clinical isolates from various subtypes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). As a click chemistry reagent, Lenacapavir sodium features an Alkyne group, enabling it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with compounds containing azide groups.
