Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version of Levoketoconazole, which is an enantiomer of Ketoconazole, and an inhibitor of cyclosporine oxidase and testosterone 6 beta-hydroxylase. Ketoconazole is used to treat certain serious fungal infections in the body. Levoketoconazole and ketoconazole are both antifungal medications, but Levoketoconazole is also used to treat Cushing's syndrome, a condition where the body produces too much Cortisol.
