Applications : Levoleucovorin calcium is the active calcium salt of folinic acid with anti‑tumor properties. It acts as a potent enhancer of 5‑Fluorouracil activity by stabilizing the 5‑FU–thymidylate synthase complex, improving the cytotoxic response in cancer models.
