Applications : N-Acetyl-d3 L-thyroxine is a deuterium labelled version of N-Acetylthyroxine, which is a thyroid hormone for use in diagnosing and treating diabetes. Also, this is an impurity of L-Thyroxine (Levothyroxine-d3 USB E impurity), which is a synthetic hormone in the treatment of hypothyroidism. DIO enzymes convert biologically active thyroid hormone (Triiodothyronine,T3) from L-Thyroxine (T4).
