Applications : This is a metabolite or an impurity of L-Thyroxine (Levothyroxine USB A impurity), which is a synthetic hormone in the treatment of hypothyroidism. DIO enzymes convert biologically active thyroid hormone (Triiodothyronine,T3) from L-Thyroxine (T4).
