Applications : This is an impurity of Lifitegrast, which is a potent integrin antagonist that blocks ICAM-1 from binding to LFA-1, disrupting T cell-driven inflammation. Lifitegrast inhibits Jurkat T cell attachment to ICAM-1 with an IC50 of 2.98 nM and can be used in dry eye disease research.
