Applications : Lirafugratinib hydrochloride selectively and irreversibly inhibits FGFR2 with nanomolar potency by covalently binding to Cys491. It effectively suppresses FGFR2‑driven signaling, including resistant variants, and induces strong tumor regression while sparing FGFR1, FGFR3, and FGFR4.
