Applications : Lonafarnib is a CNS‑penetrant, orally active FTase inhibitor that potently suppresses H‑Ras, K‑Ras, and N‑Ras signaling (IC₅₀ = 1.9–5.2 nM). In addition to its Ras‑directed effects, it shows significant antiviral activity against HDV.
