Applications :

This optimized LYS‑006–derived chiral amino‑alcohol was engineered to avoid the rapid O‑phosphorylation–driven clearance observed for the (R)-enantiomers. Incorporation of two pyrazole rings produced a molecule with balanced polarity, high selectivity, and excellent potency in vitro and in vivo. The compound demonstrated clean 16‑week toxicology profiles in dogs and rats and, based on whole‑blood potency and allometric scaling, supports the potential for a low, once‑daily oral efficacious dose.
