Applications : Lumateperone is an orally active compound that acts as a 5-HT2A receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.54 nM), a partial agonist at presynaptic D2 receptors, an antagonist at postsynaptic D2 receptors (Ki = 32 nM), and a dopamine D1 receptor modulator. It has been investigated for its anticancer properties and is also used in research related to schizophrenia and bipolar depression.
