Applications : LX7101 potently inhibits LIMK1, LIMK2, ROCK2, and PKA (IC₅₀ = 24/1.6/10/<1 nM) and shows strong LIMK2 selectivity at 2 µM ATP (4.3 nM vs. 32 nM for LIMK1). It is widely used in research on ocular hypertension and glaucoma.
