Applications : It is a deuterium labelled analog of LY-2334737, which is a new chemical entity of an orally available prodrug of Gemcitabine with potential antitumor acitvity. It is used in high sensitive assay employing column switching chromatography to enable simultaneous quantification of an amide prodrug of Gemcitabine (LY-2334737) and its metabolite dFdU in human plasma by LC–MS/MS.
