Applications : LY-294002 inhibits PI3K isoforms with IC₅₀ values of 0.5–0.97 µM and also targets CK2 (IC₅₀= 98 nM). It competitively and reversibly inhibits DNA‑PK (IC₅₀ = 1.4 µM), contributing to its pro‑apoptotic activity.
