Applications : M‑525 irreversibly and covalently inhibits the menin–MLL protein–protein interaction with high potency (IC₅₀= 3 nM). It produces low‑nanomolar inhibition of cell growth and robust suppression of MLL‑regulated gene expression in MLL‑rearranged leukemia models, demonstrating clear anti‑leukemia activity.
