Applications : m-Cabozantinib is an impurity of Cabozantinib, which is an inhibitor of the tyrosine kinases c-Met and VEGFR2, and also inhibits AXL and RET. It is used to treat medullary thyroid cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
