Applications : Magnolin, a major component of Magnolia liliiflora, selectively inhibits ERK1 and ERK2 (IC₅₀= 87 nM and 16.5 nM) and blocks downstream Ras/ERKs/RSK2 signaling. Its potent ERK inhibition supports its use in MAPK‑pathway research.
