Applications : Masitinib mesylate selectively inhibits c‑Kit with sub‑micromolar potency and also suppresses PDGFRα/β, Lyn, and Lck, with limited activity on FGFR3 and FAK. It induces anti‑proliferative and pro‑apoptotic responses and is characterized by low toxicity, making it a valuable tool for investigating c‑Kit‑mediated pathways.
