Applications : Mecamylamine-d₃ hydrochloride is a deuterium labelled version analog of Mecamylamine hydrochloride, which is an orally active, nonselective, noncompetitive nAChR antagonist that can treat various neuropsychiatric disorders. It is originally used as a ganglionic blocker in treating hypertension. This can easily crosses the blood-brain barrier.
