Applications : Melflufen is a dipeptide prodrug of Melphalan, which functions as an alkylating agent. It exhibits antitumor activity against multiple myeloma (MM) cells and demonstrates inhibition of angiogenesis. Melflufen induces irreversible DNA damage and cytotoxicity in MM cells.
