Applications : This is an orally active menin–MLL interaction inhibitor with IC₅₀ = 7 nM. It binds directly to menin and suppresses cancer cell growth (MV4‑11, IC₅₀ = 0.3 μM). As menin is a tumor‑suppressor protein associated with MEN‑1 syndrome, this inhibitor serves as a potent tool for studying menin–MLL‑driven leukemogenesis and evaluating therapeutic strategies in acute leukemia research.
