Applications : It is a useful linker reagent for labeling of azide containing molecules or bio-molecules using copper-catalyzed 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition click chemistry. The alkyne group reacts with azides to form a stable triazole linkage, enable to achieve selective labeling and detection of biomolecules in living systems .These bioorthogonal smart probes, which become fluorescent or deliver imaging or therapeutic agents upon reaction, allow for the visualization of biomolecules, or targeted delivery systems.
