Applications : MI‑2 dihydrochloride is a competitive and selective Menin–MLL interaction inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 446 nM and a K_i of 158 nM. It downregulates HOXA9 and MEIS1, inhibits leukemia‑cell proliferation, and induces apoptosis and differentiation. MI‑2 dihydrochloride is a promising tool compound for studying MLL‑rearranged acute leukemias, including AML and ALL.
