Applications : MI‑2 selectively targets the Menin–MLL interaction with low‑hundreds‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 446 nM; Ki = 158 nM). It downregulates HOXA9 and MEIS1 expression, suppresses leukemia‑cell growth, and induces apoptosis and differentiation, highlighting its relevance for studying MLL‑rearranged leukemias.
