Applications : MI‑2 dihydrochloride selectively targets the Menin–MLL interaction with low‑hundreds‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 446 nM; Ki = 158 nM). It downregulates HOXA9 and MEIS1, suppresses proliferation of leukemia cells, and induces apoptosis and differentiation, highlighting its relevance for investigating MLL‑rearranged leukemias.
