Applications : Milademetan tosylate, the salt form of the MDM2 inhibitor Milademetan, reactivates p53 signaling by preventing MDM2‑mediated suppression of p53. This results in G1‑phase arrest and apoptosis. It also exhibits anticancer effects, particularly in studies of Merkel cell carcinoma.
