Applications : Milciclib inhibits multiple CDKs in an ATP‑competitive manner, with IC₅₀ values ranging from 45–398 nM across CDK1/2/4/7 complexes, and also targets TRKA (IC₅₀ = 53 nM). Its dual CDK–TRK inhibitory profile supports its application in studies of cell‑cycle regulation and TRK‑dependent signaling.
