Applications : Milciclib maleate inhibits CDK‑driven signaling, suppresses melanoma cell growth, and modulates transcriptional programs involved in cell‑cycle control. Its ability to down‑regulate PTTG1 underlies part of its antiproliferative effect, and co‑targeting PTTG1 markedly increases treatment responsiveness in p53‑mutated melanoma cells.
