Applications : Mitiperstat potently inhibits MPO (IC₅₀ = 1.5 nM) and moderately inhibits TPO while showing weak CYP3A4 activity. It improves microvascular function and reduces inflammation, supporting its use in studies of HFpEF, NAFLD, and COPD.
