Applications : MK‑2461 is an orally active, ATP‑competitive inhibitor of c‑MET with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 0.4–2.5 nM) against both wild‑type and mutant forms. It also targets Ron and Flt1 with moderate potency but remains selective for c‑MET relative to other kinases (IC₅₀= 22–7800 nM). MK‑2461 effectively suppresses MET‑dependent signaling and is used in studies of gastric and other MET‑driven cancers.
