Applications : MK‑8033 is a potent, orally active ATP‑competitive dual inhibitor of c‑MET (IC₅₀= 1 nM) and Ron (IC₅₀ = 7 nM), with preferential affinity for the activated kinase state. Its strong inhibition of MET/Ron signaling pathways supports its use in research on MET‑dependent cancers, including breast, bladder, and non‑small cell lung cancers.
