Applications : MK‑8457 inhibits both SYK and ZAP70, two central mediators of immune‑cell activation. Owing to its dual‑kinase profile, MK‑8457 is applied in research exploring the pathophysiology of rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, and related inflammatory or vascular diseases.
