Applications : ML-145 selectively antagonizes human GPR35/CXCR8 with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀/EC₅₀= 20.1 nM) and is >1000‑fold less potent at GPR55. It does not significantly interact with rodent GPR35 orthologs, highlighting its utility for dissecting human‑specific GPR35 signaling.
