Applications : ML‑210 selectively inhibits GPX4 with an EC₅₀ of 30 nM by covalently engaging its selenocysteine residue. Through GPX4 inactivation and ferroptosis induction, ML‑210 demonstrates strong anticancer activity in GPX4‑dependent models.
