Applications : MOMIPP is a PIKfyve inhibitor that functions as a macropinocytosis inducer, disrupting endolysosomal trafficking through PIKfyve blockade. Importantly, MOMIPP is blood–brain barrier permeable, enabling central nervous system exposure and supporting its use in brain‑penetrant PIKfyve‑targeted pharmacology.
