Applications : Mosnodenvir potently inhibits all four dengue virus serotypes (EC₅₀ = 0.057–11 nM) by blocking NS3–NS4B complex formation and preventing viral RNA production. It displays exceptional in‑vitro potency and shows strong antiviral effects in mouse and non‑human primate infection models.
