Applications : MRIA-9 inhibits SIK1/2/3 with mid‑nanomolar potency and also suppresses PAK2/3 activity. As an ATP‑competitive pan‑SIK probe with additional PAK activity, it is widely used to study SIK‑ and PAK‑dependent signaling networks.
