Applications : MRT-199665 potently inhibits MARK1–4, AMPKα1/α2, and SIK1/2/3 with low‑nanomolar IC₅₀ values and effectively blocks SIK‑mediated phosphorylation of CRTC3 at Ser370. It induces apoptosis in MEF2C‑activated AML cells, supporting its use in studies of MARK/SIK/AMPK signaling and MEF2C‑driven leukemogenesis.
