Applications : MS-049 dihydrochloride selectively inhibits PRMT4 and PRMT6 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 34 nM and 43 nM) and demonstrates strong cellular activity. It reduces Med12me2a and H3R2me2a in HEK293 cells and is well‑tolerated, showing no toxicity or effects on cell growth.
