Applications : MS-4138 inhibits SETD8 with micromolar potency (IC50 = 1.4 µM) and selectively forms a covalent bond with Cys311. Its targeted engagement of SETD8 supports its use as a chemical probe for studying SETD8‑mediated chromatin and transcriptional processes.
