Applications : MSA‑2 functions as a potent oral STING agonist, binding STING as a stable noncovalent dimer. It activates human STING WT and HAQ isoforms with EC₅₀ values of 8.3 µM and 24 µM. By inducing interferon‑β secretion within tumors, MSA‑2 drives tumor regression, establishes durable antitumor immunity, and enhances the efficacy of anti‑PD‑1 therapy in mouse models.
