Applications : MTSEA-SLC-(+)-Biotin, selectively labels thiols to form disulfides under mild conditions. The X-spacer should facilitate biotin-avidin interaction and increase sensitivity for detection. Longer spacers can increase the binding and reduce potential steric hindrance of biotin and conjugated molecule.
