Applications : Murizatoclax potently inhibits MCL‑1 with a Ki of 15 pM and binds competitively to the BH3 pocket, antagonizing MCL‑1 interactions with pro‑apoptotic proteins. Its strong oral activity and target selectivity make it a valuable tool for investigating MCL‑1–driven tumor survival and therapeutic vulnerability.
