Applications : 6-Halochromone derivatives bearing a tryptamine moiety were evaluated as inhibitors of the breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP)/ABCG2. The 6-bromo analogue has been identified as a highly potent, selective and nontoxic inhibitor of BCRP.
