Applications : It is a deuterium labelled analog of iodo isoxazole derivative and potential lead compound. It has showed high level of inhibitory acitivity against Ebola and Marburg glycoprotein (GP)-mediated infection of human cells. It can be used as internal reference standard, serves as mechanistic probe in the elucidation of the mechanism of filoviral fusion and entry.
