Applications : It is a C4-linked Dansyl oleamide, fluorescently tagged oleamide whose biological feature is similar to that of oleamide and showed the inhibitory effect of GJICs at a level similar to the oleamide.The percent inhibition of the transfer of the calcein dye from the donor cells to recipient cells was determined for comparison with the oleamide.
