Applications : Biotin-cystamine is a crosslinking photoaffinity-labeling ligand used for isolation of N-acetylglucosaminidase, in which anN-acetylglucosamine is linked to tagging agents of o-monofluoro- or difluoro-methyl phenoxy glycoside with a cleavable disulfide group in the tether to biotin.
