Applications : N-Methyl pemetrexed is an impurity of Pemetrexed (Pemetrexed EP impurity A), which is a novel antifolate and antimetabolite for dihydrofolate reductase-thymidylate synthase (DHFR-TS). It is used to treat for pleural mesothelioma (cancer of the outer covering of the lungs) non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
