Applications : N-Methylated pomalidomide is a derivative of Pomalidomide, functions as a cereblon (CRBN) ligand. Unlike Pomalidomide, N-Methylated pomalidomide does not recruit CRBN, making it suitable as a negative control for Pomalidomide. Additionally, N-methylated pomalidomide serves as a useful reagent for the synthesis of PROTAC compounds.
