Applications : This is a nitrosamine impurity of Diltiazem, which is a Ca2+ influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Diltiazem is used in many clinical scenarios as an antihypertensive, anti-arrhythmic, and anti-anginal.
