Applications : This is a nitrosamine impurity of Levoleucovorin, which is the pharmacologically active levoisomer of racemic Leucovorin. It can be used as a rescue agent following high-dose methotrexate therapy. Additionally, Levoleucovorin is used in combination with Fluorouracil for the treatment of advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.
